“We had a really lovely stay at Chesford Grange. The hotel itself has a peaceful atmosphere, and our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was a great place to relax. The only downside was the spa facilities, which felt quite dated and could do with some refurbishment. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Advertised. Air conditioned rooms were not Not offered fans or complementary water . The whole hotel was taken over by ball unable to use communal areas .Bar overpriced 4.80 for pot of tea staff which gave one drink checking in nightmare felt like herd of cattle staff unhelpful miserable . Don’t stay here .”

“I go every year to Solihull and I have tried Voco several times. Every time there is something wrong or it is the smell of curry in the corridors or it is the check in or out. This time, the checkout time was at 11 and we came back from breakfast 10:50, to collect our bags and check out but our key didn’t opened the door. There were other people at the front desk with the same problem. The line to reactive our keys was long and we had to wait. The front desk woman was not nice. At the...

“We didn't used the pool or other facilities but out room was amazing, fab breakfast and great price. The receptionist, (her name began with an M), was truly lovely and a real credit to the hotel.”
